The Future FT-323TZ Mini Skid Steer Loader is an ultra-compact, four-wheel drive stand-on utility loader. Powered by a 13.5 HP 420cc single-cylinder gasoline engine, this nimble machine features pneumatic off-road tires instead of a traditional tracked undercarriage. It is engineered primarily for tight residential landscaping, property maintenance, light construction, and material handling.

Wheeled vs. Tracked Advantages: Powered by a hydrostatic drive system with dual rear drive motors and front spindle chains. The wheeled layout allows it to travel up to double the speed of similar tracked units, protects asphalt or concrete from turf damage, and drastically lowers long-term undercarriage track maintenance.
Hydraulic Configuration: Features vertical-shuttle lift cylinders near the control hub to eliminate side-hose snagging. It comes standard with front auxiliary hydraulics to power active tools.
